Hello there, as many of you may know, traditional Elder Scrolls games, such as Skyrim feature Mounted Combat. The ability to swing your sword, hammer, or axe while riding your noble steed. Me personally, I like to use my bow/crossbow when I ride my horse. In Skyrim, the feature is a bit clunky and awkward, but still fun. I think we can incorporate a refined version of mounted combat into ESO. First things first, permanently disable "You cannot mount in combat ". I think we could incorporate a Mounted Combat skill bar that appears while you're mounted, and you can activate these skills depending on what weapons you have slotted. Sword and board, staff, two handed, duel weild, etc. We could have some very cool attack animations for these. Maybe tossing a spear while mounted, or using a bow for drive by snipes. We could finally use the jousting areas in High Isle for guild events. ESOs pvp community could FINALLY have cavalry units. You could introduce full Mounted Combat armor sets and weapons/jewelry. It'd make for some dynamic overlands PVE encounters as well. But tell me what you guys think? I hope you're all doing well.
