Anyone have experience with this? Long story short, my account was suspended because of chargebacks. My boyfriend gave me his credit card months ago that we had used to order food on Uber Eats. Last time I traveled it defaulted to his card and charged his card. He didn’t know and I really didn’t notice either so he thought it was fraud and filed chargebacks with American Express. I contacted uber once I realized I couldn’t log in and two people told me my account would be reinstated once the chargebacks were canceled. We had already did that. Now I’m getting messages from different people who aren’t following up and I’m just getting what seems like an automated message. I’m so frustrated because I was told by two people my account would be reinstated and I just got a message from another person saying no it won’t be. I asked them to escalate it to higher up person and they said this is as high as it goes. I’m beyond frustrated. All the charges have been paid for and it was an honest mistake.
