I dont know if this is the right subreddit to post this in but im not really sure what to do. I had a work injury last month, nothing terrible, a large box fell on my foot. Long story short, the hospital needs some workers comp information since I went and got a xray, however the people I've emailed asking for the information (claim number, workers comp insurance, adjuster name, etc.) Have not responded. My manager emailed them almost 3 weeks ago and they never responded, I emailed them only a few days ago but there has been no response yet. The hospital has called me twice and sent a letter to my house asking for this information and im not really sure what to do anymore since the people at my company are being useless.
