Hey guys! My partner is very interested in making their own guitar pedals, and I want to surprise them with some of the kit to get started with. If it's any help, they're very into psychadelic rock, they've mentioned wanting an overdrive, a phaser, and tape delay. They're also a total beginner at making pedals but seem to have a good idea of the theoreticals.

Thanks for any help y'all can offer, I appreciate that it may be a bit difficult. :)

Oh, also, they play both guitar and bass but seem more focused on making guitar pedals.
