Ive recently replaced the power steering pump on my 2008 acura tl and ive been having this issue where when im driving power steering works fine but at slow speeds or in a complete stop the steering wheel is stiff. Ive recently been doing repairs for my vehicles on my own and if any one is willing to help it will be much appreciated.
