hi, my laptop for a week now had been giving a couple issues for me to discover that itwas edp limit throtteling after i managed to fix the problem (using intel ETU and throttlestop), another one came up. my laptop is now power limit throtteling and i dont know why, it became significantly worse and now i am trying to find a way to get my laptop back to normal.
my laptop is a victus 16
it's specs are an intel i7 11th gen, rtx 3050 4gb, 16gb ram and 512gb ssd nvme storage.

for a week now my laptop (hp victus 16) has been causing some performance problems for me. at first i thought it was the cpu or the gpu, so i removed and redownloaded their appropriate drivers but it didnt help. the wattage and temps were my next thought but they too were normal infact they no longer go above 60 degrees. then i discovered that my frequencies just keep shifting from the normal 1500mhz on the gpu and 6000mhz on the vram to 210mhz gpu and 410mhz vram. my laptop's specs are an intel i7 11th gen, rtx 3050 (4gb varient), 16gb ram and 512gb nvme storage.
