I have an Alienware monitor that died due to a known issue with the monitor. I use this monitor for work, so I really need it.
I spoke to support and they accepted the exchange. They are supposed to be sending me the monitor and then I will send the old one back when received.
They told me I'd receive a link to put a hold on my credit card for the value of the monitor, but I never received that link.
The warranty support team acknowledged receipt of the exchange request, but now it's been silence. I really need this monitor. Does anyone have advice?
