I'm an admin of a small group (1.5k members), and a few weeks ago I tried setting up a broadcast channel where only admins and moderators could talk while members could only react.

I then found out that this feature was only available for pages (not groups) and required a minimum of 10k followers.

Just now, I was messing around in the community settings, and when I clicked on "Create New Chat," it gave me the option to choose who could answer. It didn't give me that option a week ago when I tried.

Seems like we might finally be able to interact better in groups while also having more relevant pings in Messenger.
