As the title says I wonder about this with the release of Warsails and the addition of this new profitable way of earning money.

I've picked this perk for example in the picture, are this perk and all similar ones useful for convoy addicts like me ?

In the groups tab of the clan menu they are under the "caravans" column, does that mean perks really works also for convoys or the devs just didn't create another category column ? Maybe i'm dumb but for me the game doesn't tell that much more.
