Attack of wrist pain for several days. Pain worsened over time. Pain got so bad...entire hand immobilized. Ended in ER. Later, a provider told me I had arthritis. Prescribed NSAID. Very slowly clearing up. Any ideas on what foods to avoid ? To Prevent repeat. TY
I need recommendations for a emergency toliet, in case the water goes out. Something used by campers or boaters would ok. It should be able to be stored for extended period until needed. TY EDIT I knew people who lived on a boat. Their temporary bithchin toliet was some type of device that used chemicals. It was not large, like a porta-potty. It did have seat. 🤷♂️
