Hey y’all!
I hope you’re having a lovely Sunday!
I’ve looked through this sub for info on Massachusetts public defender offices and found some helpful stuff, but I’m hoping to get a clearer picture of what it’s actually like working there (especially through CPCS).
For those who have worked there or are currently there, what does your day-to-day look like? Do you like going into the office? How is the work-life balance in reality?
More broadly, what’s the overall vibe? Do people seem generally happy, or more burned out?
I know it probably varies a lot depending on the office/region, but any insight (even just personal experience) would be really appreciated or anything else that comes to mind.
Thanks in advance!
