Last night I'm using my laptop while being at 0 brightness with Brave/Chrome. When I turn it off, I forgot to change the brightness so earlier this morning, I turned it on and it works fine when I'm on the home screen. But when I use Brave/Chrome, the brightness automatically lowers to Zero. This issue only happens at those two apps, Microsoft Edge works fine

How can I fix this Issue?
