First year tech, haven't ran across anything like this, any advice or pointers would help, I think it's probably a clogged filter dryer or it's the compressor being confused and switching repeatedly between different speeds.

Surging liquid line.

Was overcharged, put it back to factory charge fixed the violent surge now it has a surge, not loud but noticable, nuisance noise.

Surging is very apparent at coming into the indoor coil right before mechanical TXV, we do not think it is the TXV though.
