I just have question

I’ll be doing my address registration (Anmeldung) next week and then applying for my Residence Card (Aufenthaltskarte).
For those in a similar situation (Family Member of an EU Citizen):

Did you receive a Fiktionsbescheinigung (temporary certificate) immediately during your first appointment?
Did the document explicitly state "Erwerbstätigkeit gestattet" (Employment permitted)?
Has anyone had issues with their employer accepting the Fiktion document while waiting for the physical plastic card to arrive?
