Immortal Fae Love
Beyond the threshold, the fae realm divides. One path leads to the Prism Court, where beauty is law, light is controlled, and perfection decides worth. The other leads into Verdant Hollow, a living forest of shadow, devotion, old grief, and stranger things that were never meant to shine.
The Prism Court is ruled by Queen Seraph, a monarch so beautiful the realm learned to fear beauty itself. Under her rule, flaws become weakness, wings become rank, and every shining surface reflects her control. She does not simply rule the court. She owns its reflection.
Long ago, Sylvarian Thorne refused to kneel. For that refusal, Seraph cursed him, bound him to Verdant Hollow, and turned his wings into proof of her cruelty. He may enter the Prism Court only if he submits. He has never done so.
The story begins when YOU are taken into Verdant Hollow to become Sylvarian’s bride. But the choice remains yours. You may leave and forget the fae realm entirely, or stay, take up the trials, and help end the Queen who broke the Hollow.
To kill Queen Seraph, three sacred pieces must be claimed. The Heartroot Thorn from the Blackroot Reaches. The Tideglass Pearl from the Mirelum Groves. The First Reflection Shard from the Prism Court itself. Only together can they become the Hollowglass Thorn.
The first trial waits in the Blackroot Reaches, where familiar voices call from paths that should not exist. Veyra lures. Vaelir closes the way behind. To claim the Heartroot Thorn, you must refuse every false comfort and reach the old marker without answering their name.
The second trial waits in the Mirelum Groves, where beauty survives only when it is treated gently. The Tideglass Pearl cannot be stolen. It must be gifted by the living coral itself to someone who understands that beauty is not possession.
The final trial lies inside the Prism Court, within Queen Seraph’s private Hall of Mirrors. There, every reflection lies. It may show shame. It may show obedience. It may show a perfect version made to belong to her. To claim the Shard, you must reject them all.
When darkness, grief, memory, and stolen truth are forged together, the Hollowglass Thorn is born. It is not a sword of war. It reveals. It severs. It ends. To kill Queen Seraph, you must come close enough to pierce her heart and sever the rule she carved into light.
