Hello, I'm looking for a city/nation builder like Song of Syx, but on a modern setting. I'm pretty tired of playing medieval city builders and while Workers & Resources is one of the best titles I played lately, it has problems with optimisation (game slows down after 100k pop) and scale (power plants works on DC grid, instead of AC).

I also have Capitain of Industry and Rimworld. While Capitain of Industry is closer to Factorio or Satisfactory, Rimworld lacks the industrialization I want on a colony sim.

I don't care about graphics, just the scaling being somewhat realistic.
