M(21) F(20) we've been dating for 1 year 2 months now. For the past few months everything has been feeling the same. I joined med school and she is currently pursuing an Engineering degree and our lives have been very out of sync because of it

She has a very conservative household where having a boyfriend would strip her off of many of the freedoms she has. So our relationship is a secret. As a result we don't get chat via video calls or calls a lot as well

We've had discussions about breaking up before but it always comes full circle with neither of us wanting to go forward with the decision.

The conversations feel cold and we don't really have any intimate moments anymore
