Can anyone identify this and offer possible solutions?
My wife just moved to Oklahoma from Canada to stay with me for a while (we’re in the application process for her visa), and she’s experiencing this facial rash that seems to be spreading. She just got here a week ago and it was a very stressful move, we had to get her out of an unsafe situation.
She’s a dog groomer by trade, and owned a cat before she left, even though she has allergies to both lol, but hasn’t been around any animals since she arrived. She also hasn’t had this reaction from previous visits before.
We thought it could be related to my facial hair not being clean enough or our skin biomes just being different, so I’ve started washing my face with an antibacterial daily, and we freshly laundered our bedding yesterday. She told me it feels mildly itchy here and there, She’s trying not to touch it and using witch hazel to cleanse her skin. She also says she’s been sweating a bit at night.
