Service request removed from messages - under warranty
So middle of last year and under 60k miles my 120v ac system went down. I made a service request and when my appointment came due the weather was way to bad to be able to drive the 3hrs+ and drop the truck off and make it back home in time to pickup my child after school. So I cancelled the appointment and was told that since the service request was made before the warranty expired that would be fine and still be covered. I rescheduled an appointment feb 5 and the soonest they could get me in was today.
The previous service request (inside warranty period) was removed from my profile. The service center is not telling me the service is not covered because my request was made at 62000 miles and out of the warranty period.
Question. How do I find service requests that were removed from the app history.
