Does anyone know why WEBN is up 1% in the last 15 minutes of this trading session, while other all world etfs have not had this jump and there wasnt any jump in the sp500 or other world indexes at this time ?

SPYY is up 0,84% today
VWCE is up 0,92% today
WEBN is up 1,88% today (1,06% of which in last 15 minutes of trading session)
