Hi guys!

I work as a sound designer for video games, and I’ve started working on an audio library that focuses on the looting aspects of ARPGs. The idea of this library is to make items sound more satisfying in a variety of cases, such as when they’re dropped by enemies or picked up, found in chests or containers, when they’re equipped, or even bought or sold at merchants. 

I took inspiration from various games including Diabo, Path of Exile, Last Epoch & Grim Dawn. However I’d love to get some feedback from you guys. What other loot related sounds would you like to see in this list? What sounds do you often have trouble finding?

Here’s a breakdown of what sounds I’m planning on including:
