Built a legal tech ad in 8 hours for about $20 in AI credits for my SaaS startup - Justee AI. Posting for feedback before I commit to a series.
Context: I'm building Justee, a contract review tool for the US SMB owners, solopreneurs, and professionals in the US who don't have a lawyer. Boring category with real demand.
Most legal tech ads sell fear (what if you miss something?) or productivity (free up your time). Both feel exhausting to me.
I tried something quieter. Closer to those old Berlitz "I am sinking" commercials — character-driven one small joke. Anyone else remember those?
The AI stack if you's like to repeat my experience: Higgsfield for video, ElevenLabs for voice, Claude for prompt sharpening and camera direction, and DaVinci Resolve (free) for the edit
Three things I'm trying to figure out:
- How did the humor land for you?
- Too understated, or about right for this category?
- Was my wife right?
Honest takes welcome. Do you do smth like that?
