How do i convert acsm files to epub without a computer i dont have a computer, I got a xt eink 4 today and tried kindle but wouldn't let me so

I bought 4 books off of playstore and only 1 let me transfer to my device the others says it is protected by acsm so i tried adobe on my phone and it will not let me download the file

I am considering getting this for when i am at work but i already have a kindle colorsoft that i love

However i think this is cool cause i can fit in my pocket since work is making us not allowed to bring bags in so is this a good idea? Im also going to buy 2 if i decide one for me and one for my mom for mothers day sunday
