I never thought I’d end up loving this game. I just installed it yesterday while browsing the PlayStation catalog, and wow, the graphical fidelity is stunning. The colors are vibrant, and the image quality is sharp and beautiful. I only found out yesterday that Sucker Punch made this game, which explains why it’s so amazing.

The story is short and pretty straightforward, i think 5hrs or less for the story alone. I managed to platinum it in almost 13 hours, since the arena mode smacked me multiple times before hitting the diamond related trophy, still I had a blast with it. The combat feels incredible, fast, fluid, and satisfying. Honestly, this game surprised me in the best way possible. 😆

I pretty sure you guys already played this, how your thoughts about this?

I just want to share my experience withdrawing from my VUL policy, transaction was smooth and took 5 business days using sunlife App.

For context, I’ve been paying premiums for almost 6 years now , ₱8,100 quarterly. That adds up to roughly ₱195,000 in total contributions.

When I checked my surrender value, it was only ₱128,000. Back then, I wasn’t financially literate and didn’t fully understand what a VUL (insurance + investment) really was. Unfortunately, my advisor, who happened to be my colleague’s wife, sugarcoated the explanation and made it sound like my money would just keep growing over time. Reality turned out to be the the exact opposite.😅

Everyone says it’s a loss, and I agree. But I’ve decided to treat that loss as the cost of being insured for those years. Recently, I received my withdrawal fund of ₱108,000. I left ₱20,000 in the account to cover admin fees and will monitor whether I need to add funds later.

So technically:
₱195,000 (total premiums) – ₱108,000 (withdrawal) – ₱20,000 (remaining balance) = ₱66,000 net cost.

That translates to about ₱917 per month over 6 years. Looking at it that way, I think it’s still reasonable , at least I had insurance coverage during that time.

Also, the process took almost 5 working days, applied thru sunlife app last april 27, recieved a text that i got approved on april 30, and credited the money today may 04.

For those who have VUL? Who sugarcoated you? A friend, a friend of friend, a relative, or a stranger?😂😅

Do you still keep your VUL?

I’m really glad this game made its way to PS Plus. I was impressed the first time I played it on my PS4 Slim, and even today the Decima engine continues to amaze me. The level of graphical fidelity here is absolutely stunning, I can barely notice any difference between performance and fidelity modes. The visuals are simply flawless, image quality is sharp and perfect. Major credit goes to allPlayStation exclusives, and especially to Guerrilla Games, who consistently prove they’re among the best at pushing the limits of PS consoles.

Now how is this beauty played on a ps5 pro and oled tv?
