I know that this has been said before, but I want it to be said again until the devs introduce it. You know how War Thunder adds back the Maus every year to research? What if the same was the case in Enlisted; every November sale (or May sale or Summer sale) the devs add back every pre-merge squad and weapon to research, and a single point suffices to keep it unlocked. It's obviously at the end of the TT and you have to have either the whole TT unlocked or 6 things in BR V. You can unlock it during one or two weeks.

This is decidedly different from the loot box suggestions, but I am open for a "returning campaign" thing where you can research special squads and weapons too. So, what do y'all think? Do you want these weapons and squads to return?

Everyone got 15 points on what they did wrong (or whatever "she" disliked) except for a few people, and sometimes corrects things that is explicitly stated in the book to be correct.

So in two months the start of Operation Barbarossa begun, the bloodiest campaign in human history. This is often seen as the start of WW2 for many Eastern Europeans, and this is a huge event in human history. Additionally, a lot new weaponry was invented for this war, and would therefore be able to be added to the game as event items or squads. It's also the 85-year anniversary for this.

Idk, I just want more events. If anything I wrote could be misinterpreted THIS time around, hmu and I'll edit.

So we all know that Gaijin is quite fond of the Soviet Union for inexplicable reasons (/s) and that it takes time to make squads and weapons for the game, so my question to you is: what would you like to see for the 85-year anniversary of the start of the "Great Patriotic War," the Soviet Unions heroic struggle against the outright mean German regime? The anniversary is the 22nd June 2026, in two months.

This suggestion has been fueled by my desire for more event paratroopers, this time for Soviets but WITHOUT the choice of changing weapons. Now, let's begin.

The 4th Airborne Corps was a paratrooper corps that had its first major combat during the Vyazma Airborne Operation, and they were alas unable to halt the enemy advance and had to break up. It was formed from the 214th Airborne Brigade, and led by Aleksey Zhadov. Zhadov himself had led the 5th Guards Army and was awarded for his actions by receiving the title of Hero of the Soviet Union.

The AVD-26 was designed by Degtyarov and never properly adopted, but trialed in 1926. This was fueled by the Soviets' desire to adopt a rifle that would act as both a Mosin 1891 and a machine gun. Consequently, Degtyarov designed his rifle to act like a machine gun but shoulder-fired. This resulted in two designs: one chambered in 6.5mm Arisaka and one in 7.62x54mmR. It would be about as long as a Mosin (1232 mm) without the bayonet extended, and 1730 mm with it extended. As you might notice, this bayonet is very long; this was because it could also act as a monopod.

My suggestion is that this squad be added for some major Soviet event like Kursk or Smolensk. The rifle, when mounted to something, could fold down the bayonet and use it as a monopod. The squad would obviously be paratroopers and BR V.

Specifications:

Cartridge: 7.62x54mmR

Rifle length: 1232 mm

Muzzle velocity: 825 m/s

Rifle length with bayonet: 1732 mm

Recoil: 50/20?

Fire rate: 550 RPM

Weight: 4.9 kg

Would have the flapper-locking system too, so that's fun!

So what are your thoughts?
