How to Handle A Citation Received At A Wreck?
If you receive a citation for failing to yield at the scene of an automobile accident how are you supposed to handle that?
- It seems to me that receiving a citation shows that you are perceived to be at fault so paying the fine would be a bad move.
- What phrasing would you use when explaining this to your insurance company?
- Will the auto insurance company advise on what to do about the citation or is that a separate issue?
- Does this require a lawyer?
