Crossfit strength program
NYC Crossfit has a Monday/Thursday strength only, class/program. I want to work on my strength but also build muscle and my physique.
Is a strength program something that will allow for both, if not, is it possible to add in some hypertrophy focused work?
From what I can tell (I have not yet attended a class), the classes are usually 2 days per week only (is that enough?) and focused on the main lifts (bench, squats, etc. with accessory work). There is no focused chest or back exercises per se, which I appreciate might not be compatible with a strength program.
Advice?
For the Diamond plan, is it 4x per week or 16x per month total, with 4x max per week. Put another way, if I don't use my 4x classes in week 1, do I lose those 4 classes or do I still have them to use before the month ends in week 2 to week 4?
