Good afternoon; ive been planning to make a trip to the captial. Ive never been to Peru but my grandmother is from the captial. Is miraflores a safe area? Does anyone have general information? I am brand new to traveling and plan to take the trip with my grandmother but she doesnt remember much of Peru. She fled very young and has been wanting to return to see her mother's tomb.
