Having extreme issues dealing with Uber and their downright refusal to log a complaint or advise me on their complaints process. They are the worst organisation I have ever came across. Has anyone as a driver ever reported them externally to regulators/council etc?
I am just trying to establish who I can write to as Ubereats support on both the app and also Uber support on X are an absolute joke. I am based in the UK so looking for UK based options.
Anyone know of how I can complaint to uber and not deal with these ridiculous support people. I requested a summary of achievements and my start date they have put as 20251. Thousands of years in the future. They are not providing this correctly and keep fobbing me off.
I need it for screening for another role and it is really frustrating.

Has anyone ever required this and how did you get it? Please tell me Uber confirm the dates you started etc!
