Having extreme issues dealing with Uber and their downright refusal to log a complaint or advise me on their complaints process. They are the worst organisation I have ever came across. Has anyone as a driver ever reported them externally to regulators/council etc?
I am just trying to establish who I can write to as Ubereats support on both the app and also Uber support on X are an absolute joke. I am based in the UK so looking for UK based options.
