After a month of sobriety from Kratom and 7OH I decided to take a celebrity dose of Kratom and 7OH for a vacation over the course of a month and a half I've been in a losing game of tug of war with both, 7OH is definitely teetering on the edge of physical dependancy, doses are up to 60-90mg a day wake up in WD but it eases up as the day goes on.

Ive gotten multiple 2-3 days off before I break and grab more from the depressive and restless symptoms. I hate it because i know the longer I prolong this the harder it is gonna get to say no again, it's so disheartening I was so proud of having a month of sobriety, but now's the time to rise up again before I'm fully in the pit here's to day 1
