I read this fic few months ago. Lily dropped a young Harry to kindergarten where he gets bullied by Draco. Later a new boy comes who first bullies Draco then becomes his bff and Harry feels jealous cause Draco is not paying attention to him so he tries getting Draco's attention. Once Harry gives Draco a flower then the boy hurts Draco or something and Harry saves him. A few years later they start dating.

It is a short fic people have soulmate names on their hands n it too forever for Draco's soulmate's name to come then Lucius tried to find harry potter who didn't go to Hogwarts so they thought he was a muggle n forbids draco to find him i don't remember what happened next but ron gives harry letter saying draco died and a few years later harry sees ron n hermione in a cafe and then they figure out he is wizard and he finds out draco is in St Mungo's.
