Lucky Starzzz is cracking me up this season

This might be the few drinks I had before watching ep.2 of All Stars talking, but mama, I’m laughing my ass off. I love her confessionals and in this particular episode when she answered back to Michelle the “a piñata in a donut” I laughed so so so hard. Like I said, might’ve been the drinks maybe?

All this to say that i’m excited to see her back in my screen. I love what Lucky stands for and her drag is so fun to me. Plus, I do feel she most certainly is coming more into herself and of course getting more time to shine this time around.

Season 7 feels absurdly dragged out

I’m suffering through this season fr fr. It feels absolutely never ending. Julian is just a bitchless miserable man. Matt, another bitchless miserable man. This whole phoenix stone mess, I’m over it and I’m only on ep 11. The whole timeline back and forth thing, yk what? I do NOT care what happens 3 years from now.

I really feel like I need words of encouragement. I’ve never gotten this far before on my watches, though I’m completely spoiled which I don’t mind at all and basically know all that happens from here on out. Season 7 just feels so mind numbingly boring. Nina leaving left such a gigantic black hole in that show, I miss my girl.

Marriot Beach Resort: good running areas?

Like the title said. Ik it’s a weird ask lol. 24F training for a big race and will be there with my family. Are there any good/safe running areas around the hotel or along the beach? Other than the gym from the hotel, would prefer some outdoor training.

So I’ve been running since mid 2023? First race was a 10k (crazy, trained for like 3 months and I almost died lol, 1hr21 if i’m not mistaken was my final time, zone 5 the entire damn time). Then I dialed it back and stuck to 5ks for a while, done my fair share of them, PR 34 mins I think. I have never been the fastest. And honestly, since I went so headfirst into it, I kinda got spooked of doing a 10k again.

My last race was last year around march maybe? I stopped running because of school (med school, graduation, rotations, not feeling it, etc). I have done a few sporadic runs here and there but nothing major. Possibly less than 10 runs since then. I have YET to feel that runners’ high. Still feels like torture sometimes (but I like it don’t get me wrong).

Like 3 weeks ago I decided I was getting back to it because I’ll have actual downtime where I can properly train and set a goal of doing a half marathon in my city during September. Already signed up for it and everything (no better motivation imo). Right now doing basically a couch to 5k just to get myself back in shape. Mid June I would start the actual training for the half with maybe some small training races in between (most likely 5ks).

Am I cooked? Am I overthinking it? Is it doable?

I have been chasing it for an entire day, which might not be much, but I’m TIRED. It’s at 1% and I have spent around 100+ poke balls (mainly ultra and dusk), on it and it WON’T STAY IN. It’s been teasing me with 3 shakes and then it gets out. Locked it in place at least for a while with Mean Look until it KO’s my Golbat.

I haven’t beaten e4 yet and I know if I give up on it now, I’ll do it later after e4 but now at full health again and it’s stressing me tf out. At this point I don’t think I care too much to catch it even if it’s the only one from the Lake Trio i’m missing. I’m spending all my money on damn pokeballs 😭

Just wanted to rant, probably will keep trying for a bit more. Very close to letting it be free and KEEP ROAMING if that’s what it wants. Azelf and Uxie weren’t this hard do catch, 1 i caught first try and Uxie had to reset cause I KO’d it accidentally but the second time caught it no issue.
