Ok so I'm sure ya'll get a million of these but I want to make my own so I can add in more specific details

I'm selling a lens off FB Marketplace and someone in sarasota florida wants to buy it(I'm in KY). How does this work? When I make the order does paypall hold his money till he gets the lens? What happens if he never tells them he got it? How can I get my money?

Also how do I make sure it's a goods and services payment? On the paypal app I can select "goods and services" does that kick off this whole thing where they'll hold the money and protect both of us?
