What will happen now??

My friend ate frozen chicken that they’d left out for 2 days by the window, then moved it to the car for 2 days, and then he freaking half cooked it and ate 1/2 of it.

Let me just say, this chicken breast smelt and looked rancid. It smelt like pure egg.
If green had a smell, it would be that. It smelt like pure farts guys. The green cartoon kind.

What the hell is going to happen to him ???

EDIT/UPDATE: it’s been 15 hours and he’s had 1 bout of loose stool (type 6 Bristol stool chart) + very very gassy. Apart from that, the stomach cramps aren’t awful.
Research suggests that he still is within the danger zone (24 - 72 hours). We’ll see how he goes!

Poisoning

UPDATE - he cooked the chicken to 70 degrees and ate it. He said it smelt absolutely foul and tasted 10x worse, gagged whilst eating. But ate 1/2 of the breast. I’m worried for him, what if nothing happens?

STORY -
This is by far the most stupid thing anyones probably done in a while but here we go.

My friend wants to lose weight, I have tried to stop him but he’s really determined on thus.

He’s taken a frozen piece of chicken breast, wrapped it in cling film, and left it on the windowsill for 2 days, not only that, he has then taken it from the windowsill and has left it in the car for 2 days.

It smells FOUL. It looks absolutely grim too.

Now, he plans to eat this cooked (to only 50 degrees, and not 75 like advised) and give himself the sh!t$.

How cooked is he?

2.5mg to 7.5mg!

Hey everyone,

I’ve been on 2.5mg of mounjaro for 2 weeks. My app messed up and has now put me on 7.5mg and it’s arriving soon!

Firstly, ouch to my bank account.
Secondly, what is this going to do as it’s triple the dose I’m used to??

Hi everyone,

I was just wondering…if a 5’7 woman at >!62-63kg!< had a daily intake of >!300cals!< and did:

•10,000-15,000 daily steps
•1x lifting session a day

How much weight could they lose in 28 days?

History: >!LW - 39kg
HW - 62kg!<

Please be kind in the comments! 🌞

What would happen as someone with a bmi of >!under <22!< - if they took 2.5mg of mounjaro as prescribed in order to lose 8-10kg.

Would weight loss be as effective as someone who was starting at a higher bmi?

Again, I’m only asking a question so please provide any thoughts or input :)

Hi all, just a question.

Please provide your thoughts down below.

If you get >!2.5mg on mounjaro prescribed at a bmi of 21!<

Are you going to lose weight?

It might sound stupid, but starting from a >!lower bmi!< is the weight still guaranteed to come off?

Has anyone ever started it from a >!lower weight!<, what was your experience? Please share!

Hi.

So, please no judgement in the comments.

I have got 2.5mg of MJ.

My bmi is 21 and I want to lose 10kg.

There’s reasoning behind it, I just need to lose the weight because I am so freaking uncomfortable in my skin and nothing has worked for me.

Diet triggers binges and no, I don’t want binge advice.

I do cardio, a lot of walking. I average 10-15k steps daily. I also partake in incline walking at the gym.

I’m hoping my 1st dose will decrease all food noise and appetite, if not, I’ll go up to 5mg.

I’m also planning to be on an extreme calorie deficit or just nothing at all.

Can someone please tell me what timeline I’d be looking at before I could lose this 10kg. I’m so desperate to be comfortable in order to look like me again. I’m so miserable in this blobby body.
