What do people do instead of wedding performances?

Does anyone else get stressed thinking about dancing at Punjabi weddings?

Whenever I’ve thought about my future wedding, me performing with cousins/friends or doing a couple dance was never really something I imagined myself doing. But growing up around Punjabi weddings, engagements, rokhas, jaggos, all of it, it always feels like dancing performances are such a huge part of everything.

I honestly love watching other people do them and some are sooo cute and entertaining, but the idea of me dancing in front of all the guests genuinely freaks me out

What do people even do instead if they don’t want the dancing/performance part at their wedding events. Like can you replace it with something else or do people just expect dances at every roka/engagement now.

Thoughts on how neon and parm acted at the Nagar Kirtan? And Neon being Muslim and him calling it the poop festival & he threw the turban while parm tied it on him. while his instagram being neon Singh clearly defying the name of singh. And his apology not being sincere and neon & sangtar reacting to his apology and him [neon] brushing it off.

Are they trying to move past it quietly or truly do something sincere about their apology.
