Hawaii, Costa Rica or Japan or other ideas?

I have 1 million points and plan to stay in 5 night intervals.

I saw japan hotels were pretty cheap in cash while Costa Rica hotels seemed cheaper in points and Hawaii seemed cheaper in points idk what do y'all think? Those are my top vacation pics but are there any countries with exceptionally cheap point stays vs cash?
