What about Koreatown ? Do y'all know this area?

So I asked you guys about an APT in DTLA ( Alexandria Hotel) a few days ago and a lot of you said that it was a drug infested building. So that's a no.

But there is another place in Koreatown by a similar name called Alexandria Towers. I was told that Korea town was nicer and LGBTQ friendly. Do you guys know the area ?

Anyone familar with the Alexandria Hotel in DTLA?

I am moving to LA in June - July. I found an apartment downtown LA called Alexandria Hotel. It looks nice from the outside. Rent is only $1250.

Is this too good to be true?
