I wish the vip tickets were more transparent. I'm too lazy to check the site currently so I don't actually know if it is stated, but not many people who order actually know how it works so I assume not. Alot of the time people are worried they won't get their tickets in time cause the vip email sends like 2 days before the show, which sucks cause you usually need to get the times to leave figured out (etc) and most people don't know that they don't require you to have a physical code for the venue to scan or whatever, it just goes through a name checklist with hail the suns tour manager, if it was more transparency and the customers knew this. It would be awesome. I just wish it was more out there about it so people don't get super anxious/stressed about their tickets.
