Can I put FIR in this case to medical institutions?

One of my uncle daughter had leukemia and unfortunately had death. But she was treated in very reputable hospital. And we found out by another doctor she was already dead before 3 months by analysing the cells. And was made to ICU and had overcharged of 4 lakh ruppes overall, even when the body was dead. Can we put case of the hospital. My uncle were very poor and had to sell their 1/4 farm land for it. We are very angry on them. They behaved rude after we told the issue. They said we could have brought her life back if we did that or this.

How can one religion claim true if it doesn't accept change.

One the key reason why science is regarded as the most best manner to see the problem is because it gives the answer best to the idea today. All the brilliant scientists say I don't know when things are not in logical connection. But religion says it's absolute truth. How can it be. Even the culture changes according to conditions like finance, political but religion stays to one way of thinking. How can that way of thinking be the truth.

Do you think corruption is inevitable

I’m from a rural area in India and I’ve noticed a pattern during local elections (like gram panchayat).

Candidates spend large amounts of money (sometimes ₹10 lakh or more) on things like free alcohol, sarees, and other giveaways to win votes. But once they win, it feels like they try to recover that money through corruption.

This makes me wonder — is corruption at this level almost inevitable because of how elections are fought?

If so, what can voters realistically do in such a system? And are there any examples where this cycle has been broken or reduced?

I’m looking for practical insights, not idealistic answers.
