Hey, I've experienced this problem for a while now, I feel like i'm shaky as hell on any scenario that forces me to make small movements, either adjustments or tracking.
I feel like this is stagnating my improvement alot, I pretty much haven't seem improvements for the last 2 weeks.

I added a video to showcase my problem, though I don't think the 30fps video showcases the tiny jitters that well.
