A just recent blue's post from Kaivax has announced that Housing will be temporarily disabled. Please be patient as they work to get this corrected.

"During our routine testing with realms offline to deploy the new patch, we discovered a critical bug in Housing that would cause unacceptable errors for some players.

Fixing this bug is a top priority for us, and while we work on it, we’ve decided to open realms on patch 12.0.5 with Housing and Neighborhoods disabled in this region (The Americas and Oceania).

Once we have a fix developed and tested, we will perform an additional brief maintenance in this region to bring Housing back online for everyone.

Our neighborhoods are designed for active players who want to be part of a living, engaged community.

We have ONE major rule about house plots: 'No Trespassing' must be deactivated.

Members are expected to adhere to the same rules and community guidelines established by r/WoWHousing.

This is not a long-term parking spot. We do perform activity checks, and inactive plots may be cleared to make room for players who are actively participating. What do we consider to be inactive?

An inactive plot is where the assigned player has shown no meaningful in-game activity for a sustained period of time and/or has not interacted with their housing in a way that demonstrates ongoing participation in the neighborhood. (A starter house with absolutely nothing done would qualify under this definition).

We’re committed to keeping these neighborhoods interesting and available to those who truly want to be here.

Whether you're a hardcore decorator or just getting started, there’s a place for you. We encourage members to showcase their work, ask questions, and engage with others who share a similar interest in housing and creative expression.
