Thinking about getting Solawave mask, anyone here that is using light therapy for dull skin, texture early fines lines?

I’m in that phase where my skin isn’t bad but just looks tired all the time. Im in my late 30s no major breakouts, just uneven tone, redness on my checks around nose and chin also a dull look especially in natural light. I’ve been keeping my routine super basic like cleanser, moisturizer, Spf sometimes tret but not so often because my skin doesn’t love too many actives but I feel like I’m missing something.

I started looking into light therapy because it seems like a more low effort way to support skin long term instead of constantly adding products. I keep seeing Solawave come up, because it uses red and near infrared light and sessions are short, I have seen bunch of reviews a lot of people saying that they had great results with the mask and I liked that its not just a hype.

Has anyone here used the mask consistently for a while? Ive heard that changes are very subtle but curious how subtle?
