So I’m confused about something in Windows language settings.

I only have French installed, but in the language settings it shows english and under it french

I don’t understand how it can be both at the same time. Also sometimes my keyboard randomly switches to English while I’m playing or typing, which is really annoying.

Why is English even there if I didn’t install it?
And how do I completely remove it so it stops switching?
