Hot water handle hard to turn

I installed W Delta kitchen sink faucets at the same time, one of them the hot water is extremely hard to turn on, and I doesn’t go the full throw. Is this something I need to take off and work on the bottom of it? It’s about 2 years old.

Toilet float question

Why would my water to continue to flow if the float is below the tube that goes down. I adjust the float 2” below and it continues to flow in the down tube and never turns off.

Just changed out my resin a few months ago, made a huge improvement with stability, I’m having one problem, about a day or 2 before it regenerates,it runs out of soft water. The hardness is set at 34gpm.

I’ve been making pizza’s in my Ooni for about 5 years, I see a lot of different percentages on yeast. I notice Vido uses a lot of yeast in his poolish. I think with his 300 gram poolish he’s using 5 grams of yeast. I’m always making adjustments with something, different waters etc. I have a 381 gram poolish, so 381 each, the last time I used a pinch of ady and cold water, it came out flatter than normal. This time I was thinking about using room temp water with 2 grams of yeast. I do the 24 hour poolish, then I make the dough and let it cold ferment in ball form. Any better ideas out there
