Submitting phone readings no longer works

I have been using 03300545340 to submit my 90 year old mother monthly meter readings for some years.

Ok, she wasn't 90 when I started.

Using keypad you entered account number and the numbers from post code and then meter reading.

She received accurate bill.

This month it wants birth date, instead.

I know my mother's birth date.

Everytime it says 'lets try that again'

Mother has been to BG multiple times and they confirm all data is correct.

Still it says 'lets try that again'

Anyone out there has experienced this or knows how to fix?
