Hi. Are there any providers that offer an actual human being to call for support?
I’ve been with Telus for years and years and always appreciated the customer support options. Now I have to go through AI and social media and may get a chance to book an appointment to speak with a real person. The self service options aren’t helpful for what I need to do.
