I’m currently renting a studio apartment in a detached house (no laundry or dishwasher), and looking to move soon. I’ve found a few 1 bedroom units at 36 Lisgar for basically what I’m paying for a studio now, but I’ve heard mixed reviews on the building.

I guess my main concerns here are frequency of fire alarms, and noisy neighbours. I’m in my 20s and don’t mind a younger crowd, but I’m definitely not a “partier”

Wondering what people’s experiences had been like living here? I love the area, but wondering about the building specifically
