How to sing happy birthday

Haiii!!! My grandma is turning 89 (I believe) on the 8th and a really want to surprise her by singing to her in German. She is completely fluent in English but German is her native language and I know it makes her happy every time I tell her a new German word I learned. I love her so much and I just want to make her day :)

Why can’t I follow?

Ive tired to follow this account a few times before but the same warning pops up. I can follow other accounts but this still doesn’t work. I also can only see a few of the posts. Maybe it’s because the post content about being a schizophrenic? Does anyone else this problem? I also tired on my alt account and the same thing happened. Could it be because of age?
