Hey there, I had all four removed 10 days ago. I’ve had basically no pain for 3-4 days now and I’m off all my medications, but haven’t had my follow up appointment yet. About half an hour ago I had what I thought was food in my teeth and tried to pick it out and I felt a stitch pull through the gum area. I trimmed the bit that was hanging (about 2 cm) so i wouldn’t pull it more but now I feel a bit of tenderness on the extraction point. I’m panicking a bit, has anyone had this happen? am I screwed, or just overreacting?
