Should I use Tum or Aap in lucknow

Hey everyone, I know my question is weird but I am not indian and my friend is from Lucknow. He told me that Aap is formal used for elders and strangers or someone higher in position, and Tum is informal and casual between friends. Yet he told me his friends call him Aap and tum isn't correct. I don't get it 😅 like isn't tum informal and casual, so why it's not correct to call friends tum? He even told me he has friends who call tum and others who call him aap. I'm so confused

Is it possible to do seo for news website

My friend has a news website that covers daily news, as I studied marketing he asked me to help in SEO. I have no experience in SEO, I tried to do some courses and watch youtube videos. At first I thought that if I submit sitemap to GSC, and work on keywords to optimze meta title, metadata, h1, h2,..I'll get indexed easily and I'll get ranked. But after months from trying, other than homepage, all the articles get unindexed. Sometimes GSC shows that thousands of articles got indexed and after a while all of them get unindexed except homepage.

Technically all news articles are similar, I mean if there's a certain news, then all big news media write about it, so it's obvious that google doesn't index our articles as we're small. So now I don't know what should I do exactly. How to build backlinks in news field and build authority? I find it hard to find a blog who would be interested in citing a news website

I also hear about technical terms like JSON LD and stuff like that which I have no idea about.

Is it possible to do SEO for news website and get indexed and ranked? Like does it need a big expert or I can do it myself ? Because after almost a year I feel like it's super difficult even if I am willing to learn. Any practical tips or advices ?

Someone asked me to do marketing for his project when he knew I have marketing degree and working in an agency. The issue is that I don't really have much experience and don't know some basics like paid ads. So is it possible for me to work on his project? What if the page doesn't grow and followers don't convert? And what should I do when we'll need to do a paid campaign ? What if I waste his budget?

Hello everyone! I'm new to reddit and this is my first post. I studied marketing in college and graduated three years ago. The marketing that we studied was all traditional, all theories, no digital marketing. So after graduation, I felt underskilled for whatever job description, I don't know how to run a paid ad campaign which is always the first thing they ask for in offers, I don't really know how to analyze data,.. I had no experience at all but I was trying to make courses and improve my skills. So I finally got a job in a marketing agency as a creative person, since seven months. I am in general responsible for making content for brands, I think of ideas, how visuals should be, write scripts, captions. I think of campaign ideas and how they should be implemented from A to Z. My boss even asks me to make annual strategies for brands, wether digital actions or on field. At first whatever work I did, he didn't even bother look at it, and he'd make his own ideas and it was all AI and souless.

I believe that I did suggest many good content compared to what he was doing but he never given it a chance and thrown a look on it. This used to make me doubt my skills, not even this but I didn't even know why he wasn't reading my work. At the end he lost all of the clients, only one client remained. So now for that one remained client he is asking me to do everything, to give their page a whole new look, new soul, think of campaigns, make a strategy for the rest of the year, angles of shooting videos as certain products aren't clear on camera... all of this in a short period of time as he's saying it's super urgent.

So now my mind isn't really able to come up with any good idea, whatever idea I get feels simple and nothing special. I don't know if it's a problem of skills, or a normal thing to not be able to be creative everyday for same brand. And is it normal that I need time to execute all these tasks or it's very possible to finish within a day or two? Now I am starting to doubt myself, I feel like I'm very bad at marketing though I try my best, but I feel there's something missing and I don't know what it is. Most of the times I go by intuition only, I feel like I am not a good marketer no matter how much I try to learn. I am a bit lost in marketing.

Any advices to me? Are all the questions running in my mind normal? What can I do to improve? Also I saw many marketers saying that chat GPT helps them in brainstorming and many other things, whereas the result that it gives me are super low quality, is there any special prompt? Thank you very much in advance
